S.A.I.L. has scheduled the “Elder Law Boot Camp” for Tuesday September, 24,and October 1 & 8, 2013 from 9:30 AM to 10:50 AM.

The “Elder Law Boot Camp” is designed to inform Seniors of the legal issues surrounding the aging process and the documents necessary to not only answer the question “what happens to my property when I die?”, but also the more important question, “what happens if I live, and become incapacitated and need long term nursing home care, now what happens to my property, my life savings, my income and my spouse or my family?”
We will also look at Probate, Trusts, Medicaid and Veterans Benefit qualification.
